Its mission is to bridge the digital access gap by creating and implementing innovative solutions that empower underserved communities. Through its technology, Uayki facilitates connectivity and access to education, culture, telemedicine, employability, and entrepreneurship, as well as other opportunities that drive comprehensive development.
What is Uayki?
The Uayki System is a turnkey solution that allows multiple users to connect simultaneously to a local network, providing fast, secure, and free access to "an All-in-One Educational and Community Development Platform, Fully Offline and Customizable", with over 2 million multimedia resources. Users can access a customizable digital library, course platforms, Wikipedia, an offline app store, a communication portal, and spaces for entertainment and sports. The system is updatable, allowing the integration of new content and functionalities, as well as generating usage reports. It includes installation, training, and support to ensure proper adoption. Its portable, low-cost design makes it ideal for communities with limited connectivity, regardless of how remote their location is.

Approximately 60% of the population in developing countries struggles to access quality education and digital resources due to limited, costly, or unreliable internet. Even when a connection is available, many people do not know how to find valuable information or end up exposed to content that does not contribute to their well-being. The Uayki System addresses this gap with a low-cost, one-time payment solution that provides free access for end users. Its technology ensures sustainability, as a single investment can benefit multiple generations, offering structured and secure access to education, culture, and digital tools to drive community development.
Why is the Uayki system necessary?
The Uayki System operates without the internet but its impact is enhanced with a minimal connection. In communities where access is limited or expensive, it provides education and digital tools without requiring a permanent connection. When internet is available, even with low bandwidth, it is reserved for essential tasks, while Uayki facilitates access to education and digital services for community development. In areas without connectivity, its portability allows periodic updates with new content, features, and usage reports. By combining with a basic internet service, Uayki reduces costs by over 90% and connects 10 times more projects, making large-scale national programs viable.
Does the Uayki system replace the Internet or does it also complement it?
To access, simply turn on the Uayki kit, activate the WiFi on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or laptop), and connect to the "Mundo Uayki" network. You will be instantly directed to the welcome menu, where with one click, you can access all platforms and take advantage of their features and content. Uayki programs include initial in-person training and follow-up workshops to ensure full adoption and effective use of the system. How to Access the Uayki System?
Ucloud is a customizable virtual library with 150,000 content pieces, organized into more than 500 learning categories in its navigation menu. Its intuitive design facilitates the viewing, downloading, and sharing of new materials, promoting collaborative learning and user interaction. The content ranges from general culture to basic education following the national curriculum, as well as additional topics focused on well-being and sustainability. It includes resources from both partners and original creations, and these are constantly updated when connected to the internet, at which point data is also extracted to generate usage reports and further optimize the user experience.
What does the Ucloud content portal (Virtual Library) consist of?
The Uayki digital ecosystem includes platforms that do not require internet. Ucursos offers over 200 certified courses, Wikipedia provides access to 1.8M+ articles, and Uanuncios enables message and activity dissemination. Umultimedia offers cultural and secure entertainment content, Uapps facilitates the download of educational apps, and Uencuestas collects key information. We also provide Uadmin, an admin panel that allows for system management and customization. We continue developing new platforms and integrating open-source or partner solutions based on community needs.

The Uayki System significantly improves education and access to digital opportunities in communities with limited connectivity. Evaluations conducted in 2024 on 1,967 students across eight regions in Peru and Guatemala show a 22.3% increase in digital skills, a 21.6% improvement in reading comprehension, a 20.8% boost in general knowledge, and an 18.1% enhancement in STEM skills after its implementation. Additionally, it promotes employability and entrepreneurship by providing free access to over 2 million educational resources and digital tools. It also fosters well-being by preventing access to inappropriate content and enhancing access to quality information. Its impact has been validated by international organizations such as the UN and USAID, with a 93% user retention rate and 87% satisfaction with resources and infrastructure.
What impact does the Uayki System have on its users?
Currently, Uayki operates in Latin America and Africa, with presence in 18 regions of Peru and Guatemala, and recently expanded to Equatorial Guinea in 2024. Its technology has benefited over 50,000 people through implementation in schools, libraries, and community centers in partnership with governments, NGOs, and the private sector. By 2025, the goal is to reach 25 regions in Peru and expand to more countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, impacting over 100,000 people. Its scalable model enables national and regional projects to be viable, allowing governments and companies to implement connectivity and education programs sustainably and on a large scale.
